The Eye Institute (TEI) is seeking a fellowship-trained Retina Specialist to succeed a retiring physician and assume an established medical and surgical retina practice. This is a planned succession—not a start-up and not an empty schedule. The incoming physician will step into an existing patient base, active injection and surgical volume, an experienced retina team, established referral relationships, and a fully equipped practice.
TEI is recruiting a future partner. The role includes a negotiable guaranteed salary and a defined path to partnership after one year, with the opportunity to lead and grow the retina service line within a physician-led multispecialty organization.

The Eye Institute is the largest comprehensive ophthalmology group in Northeastern Oklahoma and the only group in the region offering the full range of ophthalmic subspecialty care. All of our ophthalmologists are board certified and all of our subspecialists are fellowship trained. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist who is fellowship trained in medical and surgical retina, committed to exceptional patient care, collaborative by nature, and interested in building a long-term career as a partner and physician leader.
